Happy New Years everyone! This is the perfect time of year to implement our health goals for the year. Its all about making new habits…walking each day, being in nature and of course adding herbs to our daily lives. Take stock of how you feel? what are your weaknesses? These are the areas you should address first:)
Tuesday January 26th, 7 – 9pm will be our next meeting. We will be meeting here at Faunus Herbs. Please find map attached. We have a great night planned! As always guests are welcome (guest fee $25) Please note: herb course is the last Tuesday of every month.
Unfortunately, I can not make class this month. We are having our first Regional Restorative Medicine Conference in Toronto on the 28th – 31st of January. A big thanks to Darlene for hosting herb class at Faunus! We have a guest coming to speak for the evening. I am sure she will delight you! Jaime is a wise woman in the making. She is simply a fountain of knowledge.
We hope to open classes each night with a ceremonial blessing of our teachers and students. The ritual of smudging can be defined as “spiritual house cleaning.”. Thanks to our friends from the Chippewa’s of Georgina, Laurie Hoeg and Penny Trumble, who will perform the ceremony, if they can make the class.
This months class:
Jaime Brethour – bio and description of talk included
Please RSVP that you are aware the class is at Faunus Herbs
Darlene and Jaime are looking forward to seeing you all soon!
