With the beautiful snowfalls recently, it has started me thinking of Christmas – Yikes, Christmas you say? Well, this is officially our last class before the holidays begin, so lets celebrate together creating some holiday cheer!
Tuesday November 26, 7 – 9 pm will be our next The Ginkgo Tree Herbal Class. We will be meeting here at The Ginkgo Tree, on our family farm. We have a great night planned! As always guests are welcome for a fee of $25.00 (depending on space and registering prior to class). Please note: herb course is the last Tuesday of every month (no class in December due to holidays).
We will open classes with a ceremonial blessing of our teachers and students. The ritual of smudging can be defined as “spiritual house cleaning.” Thanks to our friend from the Chippewa’s of Georgina, Laurie Hoeg, who will perform the ceremony. We will also have our “Tea of the Month” taught by one of our students and they will provide a sample cup of the tea, so fun to try new teas.

Hands on Christmas cheer ~ Penelope Beaudrow
We will begin class with some Herbal Kitchen Fun, we will be making Herbal Bites! Everyone gets to try one and take a couple home, yummy. These make wonderful homemade Christmas gifts😊 We will be making Kava Energy Bites, Dark Magic Reishi Bites and Pumpkin & Flax Bites.
We will also tie up a few loose ends from our previous classes 😊
The moment I have been waiting for — our Flaming Caesar Fire Cider! It is ready to strain, squeeze, bottle and label. Once completed we will all enjoy a Virgin Caesar with our Flaming Caesar Fire Cider added. I have to admit, been already been using this and LOVING it.
